Data Encryption
All user data and system backups are encrypted, at all times, with AES 256-bit encryption as a minimum standard.
Data Privacy
Any data processed in Rooster is solely used for the purposes of powering your services. You remain the owner of all sensitive information.
Data Security
Your data is hosted in one of our secure data centers and is logically separated with limited access.
Data Ownership
Your data belongs to you. If your contract expires, you’ll have 30 days to export all data.

Security & Privacy Training
All Rooster employees are required to take mandatory security training within two weeks of their start date and annually to ensure the expert support that your organization needs.
