Pluralsight Reduces Time-to-Fill by 53% with Rooster

An overall reduction of scheduling time by 50 percent. Scheduling an interview went from an average 36 hours to 18 hours 12 minutes.

Speed of scheduling has more than doubled. The average time it took recruiters to schedule with Workday’s native scheduling software was 5 minutes, while with Rooster it’s 2 minutes 25 seconds — a 62 percent faster scheduling process.

The time-to-fill rate (the time between posting a job and a candidate accepting the offer) dropped from 38 days to 18 days, a 53 percent reduction. This cut down the risk of losing qualified candidates due to lengthy processes.
